The fund management company
MANCO.PARIS will initially act as the fund’s management company. It will handle fund management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis and investor reporting, complementing La Compagnie de Sully’s entrepreneurial support.
Roles and responsibilities
MANCO.PARIS and La Compagnie de Sully have distinct, complementary responsibilities throughout the investment.
Investors
Provide capital, receive quarterly and annual information, and participate in the investor advisory committee.
MANCO.PARIS — fund management company
Fund management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, approval of investments and divestments, and investor reporting.
La Compagnie de Sully
Source, select and recommend investments; provide strategic and operational support; build value and prepare exits.
Portfolio companies
Governance of holdings, Sully representation in governing bodies, and oversight of the value creation plan.
Buyers and management teams
Execute the strategic plan, drive operational development and performance, and keep the Compagnie regularly informed.
